Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 7 days of delivery if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. Start by submitting the contact form at euvexia.com/pages/contact, and we’ll follow up via email. We may request a photo of the item and packaging to help us resolve the issue quickly.


Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on supplements once opened. If you’re unsure about a product, please contact us before purchasing.

Returns are not accepted on sale items or gift cards.


Refunds & Replacements

We are committed to customer satisfaction and will gladly address valid concerns. However, to maintain fairness, multiple or repeat refund/replacement requests may be subject to additional review.

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. If you have not received it within 15 business days of approval, please contact us.


Subscription Policy & Account Management

Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don't want to renew a subscription you can cancel it. If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there.

Customers are responsible for managing their subscriptions and account information.

  • To cancel a subscription, please log into your account (you may need to create an account - subscriptions do not automatically create an account) and follow the cancellation steps.
  • To update your billing information or shipping address, please log into your account and edit your details.
  • We cannot cancel subscriptions retroactively or refund charges due to missed cancellation.

Exchanges

We do not offer product exchanges. Please review your order carefully before submitting your purchase.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the EU, you may cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
